This policy explains what information Black Label Building collects through blacklabel-building.com and when you contact us about a project, how we use it, and the choices you have. We're a local kitchen and bathroom remodeling company based in Franklin, Wisconsin, and we only collect what we need to answer your questions and take care of your project.

Information you give us

When you fill out the estimate form on our website, we ask for your name, email address, phone number and a message about your project. If you call, text or email us, or we meet at your home for an estimate, we may also keep your address, details about your project, measurements, photos of your space and the selections you make with us.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours collects some information automatically when you visit:

• Google Analytics shows us how people find and use our site, such as which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are located, and what device or browser they use. This is reported to us in summary form, not as information that tells us who you are.
• Google Ads conversion tracking lets us see when someone who clicked one of our ads goes on to contact us, so we know which ads are worth running.
• Google reCAPTCHA on our contact form helps block spam and bots. It's covered by Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• Security logs. Our security software records information such as IP addresses to protect the site from hacking and spam.

These tools use cookies and similar technology. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.

Calls, texts and emails

If you give us your phone number or email, we may contact you about your inquiry or project. We won't add you to marketing lists without your permission, and you can ask us to stop at any time. If you receive texts from us, you can reply STOP to opt out. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with anyone else for their marketing.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it when needed to run our business or complete your project, including with:

• Companies that help us run our website and business, such as our web host, email provider and Google
• Suppliers and trade partners working on your project, such as our cabinet supplier or licensed plumbers and electricians, only as needed for the job
• Authorities when the law requires it, for example for permits or to respond to a legal request

Your choices

Ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@blacklabel-building.com. We may need to keep some records, such as contracts and invoices, for legal or tax reasons.
