Black Label Building is a locally built and operated General Contractor located in Franklin, Wi. We primarily focus on interior remodeling although some renovations include exterior work that we are more than confident in pursuing. We were very impressed with Joe. We had baseboards installed in several rooms. He did an amazing job. Even more impressed with the work was his reliability. He was on time, called to confirm the appointment and finished the job quickly and neatly. If you have ever worked with a contractor before, you know those are rare qualities! I had a 1950’s bathroom remodeled. Joe was very professional. He arrived at my home on the date agreed upon and listened to what I was asking to have completed. He took measurements and provided me with an estimate within two days. The project was started shortly there after and went very smoothly.

I would definitely recommend this company and I plan to use him in the future for additional remodeling projects.

It Is Impressive Work.

From start to finish Joe was a pleasure to work with on my bathroom remodels. He called to confirm, was always on time and completed the job in the given time frame. My home is 60 years old and there were many "surprises" under the old floors when he tore them out. Joe handled it professionally and skillfully - it is impressive work. He replaced my floors and trim, vanities, toilet and a cabinet. There was also some drywall repair. And the price was reasonable. I plan on using Black Label Building on my next flooring project.

Extremely Responsive and Professional

I chose Joe and Black Label Building for a couple of reasons. Joe was extremely responsive and professional, and his prices were very reasonable. He installed laminate flooring. He was very respectful of my home, which is also my work space. He was on time; arrived right when he said he would. Every step of the way, he made sure to check with me about colors and styles. He also replaced baseboards and heating vents. I would highly recommend this company for good selection of product, ease of working with and professional attitude.
