We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented installers to join our versatile and capable team. The successful candidate must be able to provide high-quality service as they are tasked with laying down numerous types of flooring in a variety of settings. This is a fast-paced job that requires a lot of energy, so we look for great people with an outgoing personality and great communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Measure and cut flooring to fit room dimensions.
• Measure rooms and determine the number of flooring tiles required. (Note: This requires a good understanding of math and geometry, as well as estimation skills.).
• Lay flooring.
• Install Baseboard and quarter round in the rooms.
• Prepare / Level subfloor to make sure it will support flooring.
• Install LVP, Laminate Plank, hardwood, ceramic / natural Tile
• Set Cabinets

Requirements:

• Must have or be willing to purchase hand tools; Hammer, screwdrivers, square, kneepads etc.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Drivers License
• Some previous knowledge in carpentry
• Good work ethic
• Positive, go-getter attitude
• Lift 50 pounds or more multiple times per day.
• Work inside and outside on occasion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $30.00 per hour
